  1. There’s no harm in changing your lifestyle to try and accomodate some weight loss. Try and do some real exercise; sports, gym, swimming, walking etc which are all enjoyable and could bring a new social side to your life. It’s also important that you’re eating well. You need to have a balanced diet (yes.. including fat!) They recommend 40% Carbs, 30% Protein, 30% Fat. You want to keep your digestive system working to it’s optimium to fully digest the food correctly and I believe this is why they encourage that ratio. If you’re worried about having too much fat in that balanced diet, there’s a product called Proactol which stops the body from absorbing some of the fat you eat. Clinical trials showed approx 27% of the fat was stopped successfully and safely.

I agree with you, Weight Loss Aid. Changing lifestyle is certainly a good approach towards weight loss. There is no point in going on a crash diet or signing up a slimming package if you’re going to revert to your old habits of a unhealthy lifestyle. Making wise choices in diet (by this, I mean food choices and not fad diets) and doing regular exercise is the way to go for sustainable weight loss.
